Micro Box not found???? plz help - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have one micro box which was working fine but since yesterday it has stopped working.whenever i try to open a software it just searches for the box and then nothing happens.software is not detecting the box while the box is connected and it shows in device manager as installed Lib-usb win 32 device with the name of microbox.I have tried to update the software,tried uninstalling,reinstalling software,driver but no joy,same result all the time and now i m really getting sick of it plz help me.

thanks for replying i have tried to search it but couldnt found out the relating post,i found one post about this problem and it tells to uninstall all the ftdi devices or something which i have done but it was still same and also it tells to use it on a pc which doesnt have much boxes installed on it,if somebody dnt have a such a pc wat he is going to do,buy a new one..... I have this pc which i m using for all the boxes all working absolutely fine with no trouble at all but this is something which is really mind boggling and really ******* me off cuz i dnt think that the solution to this problem shud be bying a new pc.If u have anything else to tell me and help me out with this problem plz help me out and also i want to request micro box support team to help me out aswell.thanks

Try and restart the computer. I need to restart after updating the micro box software.
