Micro box searching and wont open it [Answered]


Hi, I am using Micro box from nearly one year now. I never had any problem with it, but today when i tried to open it searching for it and then it says not found.
can any one help me to sort it out please, Thanks

What operating system are you using? Are last Micro-box drivers installed well? How is recognized in Device Manager?

I am using windows xp professional version 2002 service pack 2, i havent installed drivers last.
in device manager ports(COM and LPT) i cant see micro box serial port.

Its does recoganised in universal serial bus controllers when i double click on
universal serial bus controllers
it go to
generic usb hub
it says
This hub is self powered
Total power available: 500Ma per port
