Micro box won't open [Answered]

My micro box is just a year old I still have 2 years left. After droping it , it wont open. I think inside hardware is not working.
Can I buy empty micro box an transfer it to my old account.
If yes then where can I buy empty micro box not activated. I live in UK.
I hope micro box team will help me to sort out this problem.

Hi, first of all ... bad news you need to pay attention with such tools. We don't sell "Empty" micro-box. If you have hardware skils, open your box and reheat the board carefuly.

If this won't help, julvir will help you to transfer your activations to anoter box. But first try to repair your damaged Micro-Box.
