V810 drivers can't install - GSM-Forum

hi i try to unlock one V810 but can't install drivers. I connect phone powered on, without sim card and it's founded like usb mass storage, also those 3 options from vodafone apears..but then no other device detected ( modem etc )..what should i do?

p.s. also with original sim card i set in phone menu type of connection: usb modem

should put phone in bootmode..
*+#+0+Poweron ...see Pink screen on phone now connect cable and install drivers ..and proceed Unlocking process

i try in flash mode but same response from PC: only mass storage detected no other devices

You Don,t need to put phone in Flash Mode Cause micro-box will do that Automaticaly... When You see 3 Options on your pc then simple Ignore them and Open module ... Select Corresponding Phone Model, Software will detect Usb Port....

yes, no need to press any buttons,

Install vodafone pc Assistant and then all will ok , automatically drivers will installed, then select port with name : Vodafone Mobile Adopter

and click read code

customer trust in me and come back

..but i still can't install driver. Cable it's original from phone box, phone it's not in flash mode, voda activator it's installed so i suposed the last chance it's to remove some driver installed for usb ports. Do u have a remover or something? i trying also ignoring those 3 options and start module..but nothing happend ..on ports : "not found" it's the messaje
