When will the new version KP500 be supported?

I'm talking about the new version from KPN Netherlands.
It does'nt boot at all when trying to unlock with microbox.

Hey i got a Blue and White one from O2 Pay and Go That does the same too
I can reset this phone but can't unlock it
I know its not the cable as i just did a KF600 successfully

Have had 2 pcs O2 UK White/Blue wont boot either, and its not a cable problem!
