I am very satisfied with my microbox and from microbox team.
--> 2nd box to unlock LG Arena in market after Vigys and without logs
--> I never got problem with Samsung 3G phones unlocking
--> A lot of updates etc...
The only BAD thing is that you need Internet connection, i will prefer standalone solution.

as SKYLINKS above said if we do not know how to work with MICRO
it does nt mean its a bad box. the support try to do the best and as they said the programing is not an easy matter .so we all can cooperate to get a good box

Always error in zte unlocking and have more fake updates ....

simple word for this box if you are profesional then you shud not have problem to use this box
i m using this box from v bigining and vmuch satisfied.
look in gsm market every box has few bugs and support teams are always work to make them better as micro team as well
we are getting daily updates this is positive sighn and they are in contact with users so there shud not b any problem.
and if you are profesional and you just have 1 box for 1 solution then you must leave this field and start some other business.
we always expect biger and biger things from support teams but we shud admit at facts as well
they always work to make it better and give better services as i can see same with microbox team
if this box have few bugs but you can forgive them in regard of many good services they are providing as well

Can you Please Specify Which Models Giving you Problems?

Also Keep in Mind that Some E-Gold Phones have New Security,Platform If you Got one of Those then I must say Sorry We Do Not Support That Type of Protection Right Now...!
