I got different imei in rpl from my ask - GSM-Forum

hello..supporter.

Before two day I uploaded one ask file to server and i got different imei in rpl file which is not working in my phone. Phone is showing IMEI complete just CONFIG is 0000000000 (unknown provider).

Here i am attaching image of that.

Kindly guide me what I can do with this...?
My account number is bb5rpl01123

When ask file is readed it records the original imei in fone.

My phone already contains IMEI inside it.
as i said there is unknown provider (Sim NOT VALID) problem.So the ask read with bb5 reader and it automatically made ask as named above (i didnt put imei number manually)..

There was a mistake from our side and your rpl was uploaded to other account and his rpl to your account.
I will fix problem today and let you know.

Rpl file not tested yet as my client not reported yet. Will post result soon

ONCE again I got wrong rpl from server today. Kindly check that same account as mentioned above.
I have one more wrong file in my account. Hope u will solve it soon.

Hi,

He want to say that your ask file was calculated by server and give this rpl.
Can u upload here ask file and i do more chk in server.

Thanks for reply, I wrote that file to phone and phone started perfectly. May be PCB changed.
Still if possible try to add some more option on user account to give such kind of information so they can continue their work.

You dint read the 2nd post in this thread that ask file records the original imei.
