Cannot access spt support area please help


I have spt box passed 2years.purchase from celltech communiations bangalore india.yesterday when formatted of my computer for new os.when intalled and connect box working perfectly but when go to support area it show as below.

Sorry, Your box not registered yet or not from official reseller just contact your seller for activate your box.



Your account locked out, please contact sptbox.com.


but already box was activated box show serial no and working perfectly.and again i activted through activator and then it seems as above

All box older then 01.2013 need buy new activation to get access to support section and next updates. Just see topic about new update and product manager annoucend.
Your box is older then 01.2013 and becosue this support not work for you.

I regreted the day I bought spt activation, support is too old and need f**king internet explorer to run, updates are like the moon shows one time on month and maybe more...
