Dowload in support site is low? I have this is problem, other file in other site is fast dowload, in spt in low help-me for configuration thanks.

Support ftp got very good speed 500kb/s I got on 20Mbit DSL then all working ok on server side.

hi

need to know how many file i can download for ftp cos i try to downlaod file but after 200 mb server say u fill the credit come tommarow ? i downlaod today 3 file 2 was 72.85 mb and one is 82.65 mb after got message my account bal is zero need to downlaod tommarow ..plz do some think so we can download more file atlest othere box doing 25 file per day is good option plz applied same for spt server..

do needfull decision

if u use downloader its eat limit(per time download same file for 10 times) without downloader daily 10 file have limit

bgut without downlaoder it's 15 to 10 kb and with downloader i get 120 kb if i used 15 kb option then i have to wait 2 to 4 hrs for downlaod the file .. sugguest as wht to do ?

Then write with this problem to your internet provider beocsue ftp speed is 500kb/s and if you got lower speed this is for sure not spt support page problem.

am sorry but speed is not my prob i get not more then 200 mb per day that' the prob as i wrote above if i used download maneger i get 120 per file speed if i download 2 file i get 220 speed i never say speed is not good prob .. plz read my first post ..and do needfull at ur ftb atlest 25 file per day don't count bandwith

Impossible to allow download accelerator !!
All user want fast speed and this is only possible with that like now.
I got speed 500kb/s when downlaoding 1 file from support without any downlaod accelerator and this is good speed then what you want more from us ??

oki i remove my downlaoder but atlest u can increse the number of file from 10 per day to 25

No 10 file is ok we test this more then 2 years and this is best for all.

Download site is not slow its about your country connection to europe coz our server at europe and asian user normaly download slow
