please help need support for completate my activation

my reseller is GSMserver
and my dongle is already active but user.ini for run SPTsoft
i send email to this direction but no answer from

Dongle status: activated

To activation is new emial was writed about this few times send emial to this adress or send PM to sptteam and you will got answer send user.ini and your ressaler name in emial or pm.

new emial to activation:

old one not working
