someone can tell me how to unlock samsung s5230 . i tried the factor mode but timeout , thx

Hi you need use cable E210 COMBO USB and RJ45, phone need be turn on in phone select samsung pc suite in software select sptbox comport and speed 115k, select unlock and press factory mode that all if you all step like I write MUST WORK.

If not work then give us log from operation from sptsoftware withotu this can't help. Or contact with me install temaview and will show you how should do this corrected on your PC.
