why the spt box cannot flash m8800 plz help me

Maybe first you write what error you got ?? ??

when i click write it just show 0.0 sec if not is 0.01 sec
i already select the correct com with the phone in bootloader mode so what did i do wrong

now i know i must write boot file with the firm ware if not it will not works
