N7100 not network after reset EFS - GSM-Forum

N7100 not network after reset EFS. After EFS reset have it was exchanged on default (00499901... ) it is impossible to restore it. What it is possible to make?

spt mode with usb cable.
factory mode with uart cable. and its done
