hi dear supporters i just want to buy your product as i have seen some updates with "L" versions of latin american phones but i have some doubts and need your point of view before buy

1.- whats the diference betwen buy the box or activation for infinity box users

Q.-if have some other benefits to buy dongle what is the benefits ?

2.- i have a lot of problem regarding pnx plataform with other products

for example flashing e2550L with other firmware,
1.- its not possible to flash with other products
2.- flashing using flashloader utility its not good , after flash the phone kayboard not work at all, and if i flash with e2550D firmware phone cames without network
3.- cannot try to repair using good eeprom because other products cannot flash eeprom section
4.- we have a lot of samsung phones comes from telcel mexico and need to be flashed to get unlocked, direct unlock not works always need to flash those phones


Q.- can i safe flash and repair eeprom of pnx plataform with your product ?
Q.- do you have support for flashing & unlocking for c3200 phones ( pnx too )

3.- i have a problem regarding s5330 repair boot , with other product ,after " repair boot " i cannot flash amss and phone its briked

Q.- can i repair well s5330 boot with spt ?
if not avalible yet , its there any ETA to update this model

4.- its posssible to add new models with coolaboration of users such as inifity box do ?

this will be great bacause there is a lot of diferent variants of samsung models in latin america and some teams need to have phone in hands to make research and development

please let me know the info ASAP to make my decision

firstly we havent support much L mean usa phones if we can get phone sure we can added about pnx flashing we havent any problem on this and s5330 boot repair work correct with our sw allready long time infinity activation just different cable and box nothing else
