Problem when I try unlock - GSM-Forum

Hello everyone.
I have SPT about 1 week and I have a problem with unlock of each phone. I choose port com, and it's power phone. When I tried to phone the phone I have always this communication:

Connect Phone OK.
Enter TAT Mode Failure !
Total Time: 24.6 s

Can someone tell me what do I wrong. Thank you . BR.

1. Need connect phone to cable only after you got info in software power on phone
2. Try use SPT MODE button not only factory mode.
3. If you write what model you try unlock we can help you more but without this will be hard.
4. Lots help you read manual becosue all is write with picture

Well for now is evevrything ok. My mistake. Tkanks to wgmmmx1 who give me a link to spt manual. I read it and for now I dont have anz problems. Thanks guys for quick reply. I am appreciative. BR
