S3350 problem[ANSWERED]

In instruction is:
Procedure Of S3350,C3200,S3310I Read Unlock Code:

* For Read Code need allready download LockCode Table.
* Download At Support Any Firmware
* Select Speed Usb
* Select Flash file
* Dont mark Erase Whole Flash
* Press SPT MODE and press * to phone and connect usb
* Wait Spt Read Out Unlock Code

but in version 10.6.9 and 10.8.1 SPT MODE is inactive (see pict. below)

later tried to flash 3 times and always proces stoped at 28% (see pict. below)
finally flashed without problem with oryginal flasher.
Am I doing something wrong?

If SPT MODE is inactive this mean that you should use FACTORY MODE and this procedure .


Procedure Of S3350,C3200,S3310I Direct Unlock/Imei:

* Download At Support Patched Firmware
* Select Speed Usb
* Select Patch file
* Dont mark Erase Whole Flash (This Need Mark Just For Full Flash)
* Press write and press * to phone and connect usb
* After Flash Over Power On Phone And Connect usb
* Select Modem Port
* Tick unlock or imei which u want do
* Press Factory Mode.

Select Bsy file XXSPT OR JVSPT
Select CDS File From Spt support XX or JV files
Select CSC File From Spt support XX or JV files

Mark Erase Whole Flash

Then Press write after complete can write imei or unlock which u want
