SIR PLEASE HELP ME FOR S3310i[ANSWERED]

hi sir,
i just bought spt box and iam tring my first phone S3310i which has phone code
but iam facing problem to connect this phone for flashing, tried as tool gives mssage "power off phone and connect usb cable" , also tried with pressing * key and ineserting usb cable but every time got answer....

but there in one tab "factory mode" by this tab this phone detected in tool and readed the phone code but that code is wrong because shows incorrect password try again

Procedure Of S3350,C3200,S3310I Direct Unlock/Imei:

* Download At Support Patched Firmware
* Select Speed Usb
* Select Patch file
* Dont mark Erase Whole Flash (This Need Mark Just For Full Flash)
* Press write and press * to phone and connect usb
* After Flash Over Power On Phone And Connect usb
* Select Modem Port
* Tick unlock or imei which u want do
* Press Factory Mode.

sir my problem is to connect phone for flashing , i could connect my phone by * Press write and press * to phone and connect usb
when i am connecting by this method i can see pink screen on display stays for 4-5 seconds then phone starts and comes on phone lock display.

and i could not see any body flashed this phone, any screenshot or logfile on forum which help me

as you said i tried it again and again first click write then connect phone pressing * key on phone keypad
but why i dont know, this is not working for me , but when pink screen appears on display it detects in computer as usb driver ,(not a specific driver) in this condition this is not accepting any driver from spt driver folder , why this is not detects as samsung modem ?
as i said before this pink screen stays for 4-5 seconds only and after this phone starts
if i connect phone, puting usb cable to power off phone it comes in charging mode and then i can see in device manager as a samsung mobile usb modem, but not connecting phone for flashing

then what to do sir??

its must be go flash mode and ask driver for infineon flash usb try first reset phone with *2767*3855# and later put mode

sir how can i type this(*2767*3855#) , if i can type this then phone code also be reseted
because without sim phone is asking "phone lock"

now while it asking driver(usb driver) in pink screen i cacelled it and updated driver which is in device manager in yellow mark of phone, given path from spt folder S3550-C3200-S330i-Infineon
after this phone detected as "FLASH LOADER UTILITY"

but see the result ......

Sync'ing to loader Failure !

Today i done 24 pcs working perfect just press star * key then insert the usb cable,and install the driver when driver installed.remove cable and bettery form phone and press the write and again press * key from phone and insert cable .
i will work ...

hi sir
this is really surprise to me that toay i got third one S3310i phone for "phone lock" and as i done the FACTORY MODE (as i tried same before)
but this time the code which is readed by spt is worked for phone lock
this is strage happened, now please SPTTEAM you have to answer me that why those two code which readed by spt was not worked
also i am waiting for to solve my flashing problem
