SPT ver 10.6.9, phone : samsung e250 BRGA1 , Port 14 : 460800
failed unlock here are log for

SPT Mode :

Press Power On Key ...
Connect Phone OK.
Initialize Phone OK.
Setup Boot Loader ...
Switch Baudrate ...
Transfer Boot Data...
Boot OK.
Reading Device Info ...
Flash ID: 00EC2206 [ KAP29SN00M ]
Flash ID: 00010014 [ KAP20VHOOM ]
Read Flash ID OK.
Reading E2p ...
Old IMEI: 35536501885783
EE Data Process Failure !!!

First write eeprom C:\Archivos de programa\SPT\E2p\SGH-E250.ee

next select option Unlock and press SPT MODE.

after restore and write new eeeprom e250 from e2p still same

This mean you use bad cable must use D800 and phone without battery.

For E250 factory mode must be use rj45 cable

usb not support old model
