spt box help [SOLVED]


Sir i install latest setup of spt all driver r taken all ok but now when i open spt it show progress bar after wards it goes away nothing like software opens
please help

I can"t see any file *.Ini at C:\Program Files\SPT
...
What can"t I do?..
even i ask reseller they not anwer me how to do that..

there is must create user.ini its impossible to not create then check carefully

yes sir even i had checked via team but it has been created... in he got another ini file which he have to replace it....

n he replaced but problem is still same.... wat to do? ill do one think ill send that ini file by PM pls check n solve my problem thnx in adavance

no user.ini file at C:\Program Files\SPT
I'm install SPTCARD1060.exe..

my reseller respon not fast..
and he don't know about user.ini..
