hello,i have one A777 from AT&T USA for unlock in Brazil,but the device show phone freeze. How to solve this fail?!

A777 at@t sucessfully unlocked..

Use m600 original data cable
select read codes just press unlock sp.

After return for Samsung Qualcomm Tool 6.4.05 the device acept the Direct unlock and erase phone freeze. Please solve these shortcomings in these new versions of software to unlock Qualcom.
