dear your flash file or scs should be same.
you can try to unlock only with aaps file,

Did you use box usb or computer usb.
You must put in flash mode and use usb computer port

volume down+camera+power on and i am using com port

my process volume down+ power buttn
then put cable in mobile. automatically read pots,
thats it

you should do full flash file. s8000xeig2.crp
and then same download from suppor. patch file for unlock samsung s8000
same this xeig2

show exactly name of files which you using for flash.

Before flashing this mobile was OK but has Keypad problem. All the keypad not work so I have flashed using following files:-

B5310BGIL2.zip
CSC_B5310_India.zip

Now, Set is HANG ON LOGO GT-B5310
