Sir,

I got suddenly problem when I connect Z3X Box with PC it shows "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED ".
I tried on different PC with different cables but still problem is same.It shows UNKNOWN DEVICE in device manger.
It is now out warranty (almost 2/3 Years ).
Please guide whether I have to purchase new one or it is repairable.
It is urgent as it is impossible to work without Z3X .
Please............

uninstall everything and install again its maybe driver problem

Respected Supporters ,

I tried with another working Z3X.
It is sim card problem other Z3X sim card is working with same box.But This sim with working box shows USB NOT RECOGNIZED.
Is it possible to replace Sim as it is out warranty now?.

helo man you uninsatl all setup and then reinstal it i think your problem wil bee solve

i dont think so .. Out of Warranty . Sure you reseller Will not Ready to Replace

Better Buy New Z3X Box with Card ...

Iam not tested but you can try with any universal box.But you have to install z3x box driver also.

just disassemble the box, reinsert the sim
