hey, i recently reloaded my computer and now my z3x-samsung box not reading box, only card... whats wrong? how can i fix that? is that a problem? or its ok?

Just reinstall the box driver and post result.

well it seems to be working now.. i uninstalled all drivers and install them back... thanks

hello,
in my situation my box doesn't work. i have changed all, laptops, cables, windows, i have tryed to install the drivers manualy from device manager but still same problem. in device manager in usb controllers there is an unknown device when i plug my box and i can't instal the driver for it, every time it tells me the driver isn't good. please advice.

i have this box from 1 year, i have mare many reinstallation, every time with no problem, i have this problem since last update.
yesterday, i pluged again the box to same USB port and with no explication asked me for the drivers, i have installed them and now is working.
before i have made something, maybe this was the solution, in device manager i have made uninstall to all drivers from z3x, then restart the computer and plug my box again and worked, i don't know if this was the solution but now my box is working (i have used the drivers from suport, NEW DRIVER package).
everybody with this problem, try this and reply if you have succes.

hello again, today i came back to work and i was thinking to test again my z3x box, i plug in the box, go to device manager to see if i can find the driver and gues what? today same problem, unknown device

...

i will come back wth news if i manage to fix the problem again

try other pc, if same problem - unknown device detected - contak with reseller.

NOt wasted your time to found solution about your box fault . their box Hardware is not good . I've changed 2 Z3x box by same error . now I've put my card in another box casing ( Infinity , Vigys etc.. ) . do same man .

I have tryed with other pc, no result. A friend of mine told me to rehot the box with hot air station and now my box is working, try this, with my box it worked

I have two z3x: one works with axalto drivers, other with gemalto.

reinstall e-gate smart card manually by choose gemalto driver.
