C3200 Dead After Flash, I do flash two times but same

How to recover it?

What condition the phone before flash it? why want to flash it?
At same problem always i try it with else flash file, ....else box.

When I Open The Manu Set Is Off Befor Flashing Try To Reset The Phone But Not Solved Then I Do Flash

Try with downloader FlashTool_E2_R6 and post result.
