Hello team sUpport

I have a problem, when i connect a phone in the usb cable . The tool tell me "card removed" and i cant unlock the phone whith usb cable

Can you help me ? Do yu have an idea ?

use orignal usb cable..............

funny question and funny solution use ur head bro ist connect the cable then turn on the software

what is funny u c..........i had faced same prob and i solved with change usb so i share ok.....
