But I need unlock this phone today. Can I flash it with other firmware able to unlock?

In support, there is not any OPEN (debranded) KU380, ok, I will choose one branded.
Then, I there are firmwares with suffix -SEC-OFF and without that suffix. Which firmware do I have to choose?
