E2121B unlock problems

Hi all please help me i have many E2121B to unlock but without success
I tried both E210+usb and j750 But always ERROR





UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Phone must be powered off!
1. Select correct COM port in 'Port' options.
2. Select connection mode in options ('Flash Mode' or 'TAT Mode') .
3. Press 'Unlock' for direct unlock.
4. Press 'Read Codes' to read security codes.
5. - Flash Mode:
Connect the phone to selected port with UART cable and press 'Power' button shortly,
or just insert cable to phone if you are using auto-ignition cable .
(If you have connection problem, try to push 'Power' button while loader will be sent.)
- TAT Mode:
Connect the phone to selected port with UART cable and press 'Power' button about 3 seconds,
or just insert cable to phone if you are using auto-ignition cable .

Operation: Unlock
Selected model: GT-E2121B
Selected port: COM4 Z3X BOX Serial Port, 115200
Software version: 34.11

Connect phone and press power button... Phone detected
Switching phone to TAT mode... OK
Reading phone info... error




On flash mode log

Try to use old version of z3x.

I tried this before and with some phones it failed to deactivated MSL

or CRASHED when reading phone infos.
