Error in Downloading - GSM-Forum

I was tring to download LG KP500 files, when i go to support & click download , it says ur box is not activated.When i open shell , it shows as activated & S.no. is 0003-18CF dt. 19-04-2010
My IInd problem is, when i click Go to support button , support site is not opened.I have to write & search manually in yahoo.com.This box S.no. is 0003-1B90 dt. 19-04-2010
Plz guide me

You have not required activation! (required - Lg Tool)

There is no problem in downloading any set-ups of LG & Samsung

Me facing same problem of not getting web site open directly by Go to Support buttonn in shell.
