in latest GUI of samsung smartPhone tool

connection error. chech cable, check com port.

i got reseted the user code

but when i input it... still the same it wont work, still asking for lock code

and 1 more thing, i got also good g810 here
they got sometimes the same error in my first logs
so the connection of the cable is good.

Try on other PC. problem in connection.
