phone version marshmallow i try 3 different g901f it says unlock ok but always ask sim lock

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose 'DM/DUN over HSIC'.
4. Reboot phone.
Or use 'Activate Diag' function from 'Repair' tab.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
6. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.

Selected port: COM132 SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port
Software version: 26.3

Reading phone info...
Reading IMEI... OK
IMEI: 3**************

This modem bricks the phone, now i have bootloop.

i made some this modem boot lolipop flash again 6.01 it should be back to llife but where is right solution for unlock?

Meet this problem and I use Gcprokey ok.

Z3x unlock done still lock
Octopus cant unlock (unlock failed).

SM-G901F 6.0.1 unlock without full flashing

1. flash in Odin3_v3.11.1 put the file in cp modem then flash you got no imei...
2. unlock the phone with octopus or z3x without root...
3.flash again the 2nd file then you have imei now...
