Galaxy i9305 2 unlocked, 2 not. Why? - GSM-Forum

Ok, last week i posted on a thread, where there was the simple steps to unlock this model.
I have this client of mine who has been bringing me this model to unlock.
Last week he brought 3, i had sucess on 2. The other one, following the same steps didn't install drivers, so never managed to unlock it.
Now, he brought 3 more and on the first one same thing is happening. On the smartphone itself, a message sometimes comes up, sayin there is no software installed on the pc to work with the phone. I have everything installed. ADB drivers, samsung drivers, samsung kies, z3x drivers, everything.
Can someone explain to me why this happens?
All the phones are on the same version, everything the same.
Please help.

1st type *#7284# on the phone and select UART->MODEM, USB ->PDA
Then tap "Save and Reset"

2nd type *#9090# on the phone and select DM over UART
then power off the phone.

make sure these setting are correct then do operation...

Selected model: I9305
Selected port: COM3 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Reading phone info...
Build: M9615ACEHWMAZD1795
Reading security... OK
Calculating... OK
Writing security... OK
Reseting...
Unlock done
Done with Samsung Tool v.13.4

connect c3300 cable to handset without battery-click unlock
insert battery!!!
