Help to flash i6410 - GSM-Forum

I need to flash samsung i6410 i downloaded this(PDA_i6410BUIK5) flashfile from support and read here that i should use odin 2 to flash but when i opened soft it ask for .tar file which is not in the file i downloaded feom support and csc also not included,please somebody give some light how to do this?
