hello, I use SAMSUNG 2G TOOL V3.4.0034.
CABLE J750
WHEN PRESS DIRECT UNLOCK

selected model:f480i
selected com port:com91
selected speed port:921600
please, connect phone and press 3 sec power button
timeout
send loaders-fail
unlock - false
elapsed time: 34 second, sw ver: 3.4.0034

Bro just connect ur phone in Qualcomm mode type *#782872# thn connect Org USB cable with ur handset . thn u can see Found new Hardware on ur pc then install QualComm drivers c:/program files / Z3x/Samsung/Qualcomm after install the drivers check in device manager modem port of ur mobile then select port where u select port 7 . then try again hope your problem will be solve .

no sir f480i it is not qualcomm gives you wrong answer

f480i and f480 not same platform so be sure you have used j750 and this cable worked
