How to fix Emergency calls only on Galaxy J7 Neo SM-J701M

Hello Team, A couple days ago i have unlocked a Samsung galaxy J7 Neo via Server Read code by Z3x, now i'm facing an issue with it... it shows emergency calls only... I wrote another cert from a working phone but no solution, I tried with another EFS still no solution, I use the patch certificate under Repair function, I even try mehod for SM-J701F but nothing work s...
