You don't need to unlock it. It is already factory unlocked out of the box.

You go to settings then more networks then to mobile networks then to network mode and switch it to GLOBAL. Then enter APN settings. If for some reason it keeps saying searching put a verizon sim card in until it shows LTE. Then you can put any other sim in.
