Need indian firmware for s3653.....urgent please - GSM-Forum

s3653 set comes with phone lock in my shop i try to unlock it but fails,then i flash the handset and i succeded but big problem arises set hangs and touch and ringtune not comesout,i flash all the firmwares which are in support area,please give me indian firmware or help me to give 100% solution,because before flash set is working well.
