After Downgrade My S3 i Repair Imei And S/n also Network Repair Option .Now Phone only work On 2G ,Any solution ??

I've been having issues with 17.0 (haven't even tried the newest update yet). I've just learned to deal with 16.8. No random SPC failures (sometimes it bypasses the SPC/MSL, sometimes it fails), no weird NV restores after a backup, and no more edge/2G only. 16.8 works perfectly fine for me (just as long as you have an archive and documentation of what/how to downgrade).

You need to buy new phone.

write cert from another phone, and you will get 3g on your s3
