Ks20 unavailable otp block [Solved]

need help from Z3X SUPPORTERS

i have KS20 with different language

i already flash it with english language but after flashing phone got this error

" UNAVAILABLE OTP BLOCK"

howcan i repair this phone??

i dont have any back-up like NVM FILES

and i dont see any NVM FILES from support

please help me to fix this phone

flash again good file and remember use full charge battery.
then look, if your phone is now work ok with network then do nothing,
if network is not work please write the --- KS20_network_ok.cnv

Select KS20 in repair list and press Repair button
