u did hard reset or not

Check in options:
+ flash in direct mode
+ erase user data after flash

If after flash again same problem try up firmware version or check hardware.

Lg G4 H815,come to me,not boot up,only logo,customer try to update with custom marshmallow rom from xda. Tried with z3x both kdz and tot file,but with kdz flash complete and not boot up,with tot do not even start flashing.Tried all version of z3x,8.7 to 9.1,all the same.Finally I used factory LGUP software with tot firmware from z3x support and H815 is alive again :-).

We add support new Tot header and not user can solve this problem only flash phone.
