no network after flash b310e - GSM-Forum

please team i need help this phone b310e was rebooting so i decided to flash it with firmware i downloaded from z3x but after flash no network for the research i have done i have seen many proposals and i hav tried all but no luck
write nv i did reflash i did but still no luck

this is the logs below
