No port displayed - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

quick question.

I am trying to repair IMEI for my i317m note 2

when i connect it to computer and open Samsung Tools 14.1

I am unable to select any port.

can someone please help?

Just click repair, the software will find it.

it says port not selected

Select any port, no matter which one and it should auto find the port needed
