not showing port after update to V14.1 - GSM-Forum

Hi I Cant get any phone to show when i connect any phone to usb after update,
i can see ports when i open Odin and i can flash phone with Odin but cant see the ports in Samsung tool,
is there a file i need to move or is corrupt that need changing?
I cant use my program at all now?
Please Help Z3X Team

show any screenshots + device manager screenshots.
did you reset pc, did you check close odin before work with z3x?

I cant seem to past my screen shot, for some reason i have never been able to do it.
can you guide me,
Also just to note! yes i have Odin closed and i did restart my computer, also the 3g tool still seems to pick up ports, as i just unlocked a B3110.
Seems like i have a missing file in folder for Samsung? not sure every thing seems to work fine but 3g tool is not showing port in drop down.

under device manager the phone is there under portable devices but says that location is (0) is there something i can do to change ports settings?
