Note 4 N910P Sprint Latest Update


Hello everyone

hey i have a Note 4 N910P on the latest firmware COG5 5.1.1

im trying to get to secret menu to enable GCF

i do the works *#0011# then Q back 0000

it flickers but nothing happens

please advise

That won't work either...i mentioned this on another thread...there is a way to do it, requires a bit more steps and root of course but can be done
Only write cert cannot go through for 5.1.1, it appears that the msl algo has changed...akseedno appears to be the same though, much lile the G925P running on 5.1.1

what about sprint note edge 5.1.1 . there is no root , and only person that says theres root is hiding the kernel and i hear it causes reboots anyways.... so any one know how to get to service menu on n915p 5.1.1 ???

turn on ur phone with uar cable
turn off ur phone plug ur phone with a uar cable to any box then do the steps

There appears to be a way to enable GCF on the newest firmware 5.1.1, doesn't work on 5.0.2 or below though.. I'll give it a further inspection...

It's not a surprise that it does, I mentioned it on another thread where akseedno algo remains intact but msl algo has changed and it appears to be on all 5.1.1 update...
