Hello, unfortunately the firmware you installed on the J610FNXXS5BTG2 phone with the August 2020 security patch is not supported for unlocking the network via code reading via server.

You can try to install the binary firmware 5 J610FNXXS5BTE6 or J610FNXXS5BTE4 security patch of May/June 2020 and try to unlock the network with the code reading via server with z3x, if also in this case you find the same error of the z3x log, you can try to install the combination binary 5 or the modem of combination binary 5 for j610fn and try again to unlock the rede in case neither of these two solutions lead to a positive result of unlocking the network, at the moment there is no solution if not unupdate in the future by z3x team developer.
