problem flashing an a30s [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hi. I have problem flashing a a307FN with support files.

FLASH INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Choose correct flash file(s).
2. If you have PIT file chosen, then you must check 'Repartition' option.
3. Check flashing options if needed (Repartition, EFS clear, Boot update).
4. Power on the phone in download mode (turn off phone, press vol.down + home + power).
5. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
6. Press 'Flash' button.

Operation: Flash
Selected model: SM-A307FN
Software version: 41.8

File analysis... OK
Total file size: 0x190850678 (6408 Mb)
Searching USB Flash interface... COM4 detected
Setup connection... OK
Set PIT file... Error

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.41.8

I download pit files for this model but the same problem

Hello. What files do you try to flash and what error you see on phones screen?

Hi support!
The files i tried are there from support
A307GTVJU4BTG5_OWO4BTG2
A307GTVJU3ATA2_OWA3ATA1

and donwload pit files from here
https://gsm-flash.com/samsung-galaxy...download-a307/

and the message in the phone is:
SECURE CHECK FAIL: (PIT)

Please attach photo from download mode. You sure that you have A307G, not A307f?

Then flash this from support

but the same problem

try flash with usb 3.0 and make sure dont use usb hub

Try flash with odin, try download other firmware. Its not required to choose pit, just select bl, ap, cp, csc.
