Still I am not able to get my subscription information and not able to download anything from the server as it shows not able to connect server. Please help to solve this problem.

Please anyone help. It is showing no internet connection error when I click go to support or wizard option although my internet connection is working perfectly fine in internet explorer.

try to use Firefox as defualt browser

Thank you. Problem solved. It was an error of an software I installed 2 days back, because of that my internet setting got changed and I could not login.
