I have reapaired boot from RIFFBOx succeful when i flash with odin and this filles i9000XXJPK_OXAJPK the phone frez in samsung log and shut down please any one can help me

i9000 or i9003 this problem most is hardware eternal memory is corupted
use jtag to Force download mode and flash 'pit' and all firmware
