samsung i9300 E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid Argument)

i have S3 ( i9300 )

set was working fine but imei was error 0123456

so i just write a efs backup of other phone I9300_22-10-2012_10-44-29_nv_data.bin

and after write this efs phone bricked its hang on samsung logo

i full flash but no sucess

now in recovry mode its showing

i9300 E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid Argument) problm

pls help me

select the file in pda option

Thank you for your reply but my phone doesn't boot it hangs at the SAMSUNG logo how i can play with mass memry ?
