Samsung Qualcomm tool update 5.5.06

- Added support for unlock new version of Softbank phones
- Added full support S5600, S5603, M7600
- Added read user code for new Softbank phones
- Added flash support for Softbank 930SC
- Added unlock via patched flash for Softbank 930SC- (First in the world)
- Some bug fixed
