samsung s3370 cant be unlocked...! - GSM-Forum

hi all,i cant unlock a s3370 i have made tons of them in the past but now my pc looks for modem drivers but cant find them,any solution please?i have this phone since 5 days and customer is getting really nervous,here is the log:

Searching Samsung USB Modem... not found
Done with Samsung 3G tool ver 9.4

P.s: obviously it is connected in qualcomm mode..

no need qualcom mode.

read manual inside sofware and all will be fine

but before i needed qualcomm mode,something changed in the procedure?

every version of program something changed

so please read manual before make something.
